CPAAAN JOHN ROGERS SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS FOR 2017




CPAAAN congratulations go to the winners of the 2017 CPAAAN JOHN ROGERS SCHOLASTIC SCHOLARSHIPS. We are pleased to say that 2017 is the fifteenth consecutive year that academic scholarships have been provided to children of sworn active duty Norfolk Police Officers. Four scholarships, each in the amount of $1,500.00 were awarded at the June 20th general meeting. Dr. Lawrence Dotolo, our Guest Speaker, is President of the Virginia Tidewater Consortium for Higher Education, which serves as the selection committee for recipients of the CPAAAN scholarships. He spoke on the importance of higher education, and commended all of the students for their hard work and exceptional grades that they have maintained. He then presented a check to each of the following recipients:

Alexis Pagan is a Sophmore attending Virginia Tech and majoring in Bio Science.
